Margot graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has over 25 years in Pediatric Physical Therapy providing services in numerous different settings- pediatric hospital and NICU, schools, private practices, developmental follow up clinic for hospitals, and as a credentialed Early Intervention Specialist and evaluator.
Margot has training in pediatric NDT, Baby NDT, Kinesiotaping, myofascial release, cranio- sacral therapy and is a certified CIMI (certified infant massage instructor)
Margot Specializes in addressing the effects of prematurity on infants toddlers and preschoolers, Torticollis and toe walking. Her practice also includes working with children with CP, Down syndrome, Hypotonia, Overall unspecified Developmental delays, Development Coordination Disorders, and addressing the effects of the sensory system with respect to gross motor skill development so as to address the whole child.
